How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@the3dropsystem.com with your order number and a brief note that you'd like a refund.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with confirmation and your refund details.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
You don't need to return the bottles. The guarantee exists so you can try the full system without risk — if it doesn't work for your skin, we'd rather you keep what you used and get your money back.
Individual Serums
Single-bottle serum orders are also covered by the 90-day guarantee. If a serum doesn't suit your skin, contact us for a full refund — no need to ship it back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund immediately.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime from your account — no fees, no contracts. Refunds for subscription charges follow the same 90-day guarantee from your most recent delivery.
