Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your kit ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays dispatch the next business day.
Delivery Times
- United States (standard): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- United States (expedited): 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available.
- Canada, UK, AU, NZ: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Other regions: 10–21 business days, subject to local customs.
Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, weather, and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes their country applies.

- One-Time Kit: $16 flat-rate shipping within the US.
- Duo Kit, Trio Kit & Subscribe & Save: Free shipping, always.
- Subscribe & Save: Free shipping, always.
- Individual serums: $9 flat-rate shipping per single-bottle order. Two or more individual serums ship free.
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with a tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us — we'll sort it out right away.
